Impact of Victimization
Lorraine Whoberry, founder of the S.T.A.C.I.E. Foundation, has a passion for making a difference. She has worked to obtain justice for her daughters, Stacie and Kristie, and for other victims of violent crime. Her powerful message shows how communities are strengthened when victims and law enforcement work together.

The criminal case that followed the brutal attack on her daughters showed Lorraine the gap between crime victims and Law Enforcement. In the wake of tragedy, Lorraine and her family chose to make a difference. She has been vocal about her daughters' case and continues her victim advocacy. Detective Richard Leonard, the Master Detective assigned to the case, joins her. Together they present "The Impact of Victimization" seminars to victims, law enforcement agencies, victim witness programs, prosecuting and defense attorneys, judges, universities (political science students) and inmates.
